01About these terms

These terms apply to andrewtech.co.uk, the Andrew Tech client portal and Andrew Tech’s internal tools, including Content Factory. Andrew Tech is run by Andrew Misselbrook in the United Kingdom. By using them you agree to these terms.

02Client work

Project work, prices, deliverables and payment terms are set out in the proposal or contract agreed with each client. If those documents conflict with these terms, the signed agreement takes priority.

03Client portal accounts

• Portal access is by invitation only. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
• Only upload material you have the right to share.
• We may suspend access that is misused or that puts other users or the service at risk.

04Content Factory

Content Factory is an internal tool that Andrew Tech uses to prepare and upload videos of its own apps and games to TikTok and Instagram accounts that Andrew Tech operates. It is not available to the public.

Only accounts that Andrew Tech owns or is authorised to manage may be connected. Every video and caption is reviewed by a person before it is sent, and use of each platform must also follow that platform’s own terms and community guidelines.

05Acceptable use

Do not use the website, portal or tools to break the law, send spam, upload harmful code, try to access areas you are not authorised to use, or interfere with how they work.

06Intellectual property

The website’s design, text, logos and Andrew Tech products remain the property of Andrew Tech unless a client agreement says otherwise. App and game names shown on the site are trademarks of their owners.

07Availability and liability

We work to keep the website, portal and tools available and accurate, but they are provided as they are and may occasionally be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, Andrew Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

08Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

09Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
