01Who we are

Andrew Tech is run by Andrew Misselbrook in the United Kingdom. Andrew Tech is responsible for personal information collected through andrewtech.co.uk, its client portal and its own internal tools.

02Information we collect

• Enquiries: your name, email address and message when you use the contact form or email us.
• Client portal: account details, sign-in security information, and the project files, messages, invoices and contracts shared with you.
• Payments: invoices are paid through Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment but never see or store full card details.
• Website usage: privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics about page visits. These do not use advertising cookies.
• Spam protection: the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is sending it.

03Social media publishing

Andrew Tech uses an internal tool, Content Factory, to upload videos of its own apps and games to TikTok and Instagram accounts that Andrew Tech operates. It is not offered to the public.

When an account is connected, the tool receives the access permissions approved on TikTok or Instagram: basic profile information (such as the account name and ID) and permission to upload or publish videos. It uses them only to upload the videos and captions we choose for that account, and to check whether each upload succeeded.

Access tokens are stored encrypted on a private computer operated by Andrew Tech. They are never sold, shared or used for advertising, and we do not collect followers, contacts, messages or other users’ data.

Access can be removed at any time by disconnecting the account in the tool, or from the connected apps settings in TikTok or Instagram. Disconnecting deletes the stored tokens.

04How we use information

• To reply to enquiries and deliver the work you ask for.
• To run client accounts, send invoices and keep financial records.
• To keep the website and our tools secure and working.
• To publish our own content to accounts we operate, as described above.

05Legal basis

We process personal information to perform a contract with you or take steps at your request, to meet legal obligations such as keeping accounting records, and for our legitimate interests in running and protecting the business.

06Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run the business: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Neon (database and sign-in), Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (spam protection). Content is shared with TikTok and Instagram only when we choose to publish it. We do not sell personal information.

07How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Client and financial records are kept for as long as UK law requires, normally six years. Social media access tokens are kept only while an account remains connected.

08Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for it to be transferred. Email us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

09Changes

We will update this page if the way we handle personal information changes, and change the date at the top.
